Scope Summary:

  • Configuration of the Integrated Solution achieving evolutionary playbacks of the solution using Agile´s methodological approach.
  • Development of Customizations: Integrations with Oracle Opera and Oracle Simphony and third-party systems. Custom reports according to Business needs.

1. Fully integrated financial solution, automated End to End processes, facilitating the audit, security, accuracy, and traceability of all financial and procurement cycles.

2. Standardization and fully adoption of P2P, O2C, and R2R processes to Oracle ERP Cloud Best Practices.

3. Increased Agility in information queries and Real-Time Financial Balances and flexible configuration of Approval Flows for each of the Processes.

4. Complete automation of the Procurement process for Goods and Services coupled with inventory management, accounting records, and fixed assets.

5. Localization of the Solution to the requirements of regulatory entities.

6. Multidimensional cube for hundreds of standard reports in real-time.
