With a growing customer base of 28,000 policies, the company needed to swiftly improve its claims process to ensure timely and efficient service during potential disasters. C2S stepped in to provide a solution that not only met these urgent needs but also transformed the way the company handles claims.



Faced with a tight timeline and the necessity for a robust, reliable system, the company required a solution that could:
• Function effectively during catastrophic events.
• Be developed swiftly within a 90-day timeframe.
• Provide policyholders with 24/7 access to claim information from any device.
• Offer an intuitive interface for an exceptional customer experience.
• Integrate seamlessly with the company’s core systems.
The primary objective was to create a First Notice of Loss (FNOL) Claims Portal, enabling policyholders to submit and track claims around the clock.
To meet these needs, American Integrity Insurance partnered with C2S, leveraging our expertise as OutSystems Elite Partners. Using the OutSystems low-code platform, we developed a versatile claims portal that was not only completed within the critical time-frame but also accessible from any device.
The FNOL Claims Portal has significantly enhanced the automation of the claims process. Claims are now automatically routed based on severity, and policyholders can submit, review, and track their claims 24/7. This streamlined approach allows American Integrity Insurance to manage customer expectations proactively and deliver superior service, even during high-demand periods.
